Build

Our highly skilled team construct bespoke exhibition stands in our on site workshop from simple stands to complex structures well over 300sqm. Mainly focusing on sustainable bespoke timber construction stands.

All in the details

At our dedicated facility we can fabricate and supply bespoke metalwork, glossy flooring, LED floors, textured finishes, hanging fabrics, acrylic displays, light boxes, LED screens, 3D lettering, dye-sub graphics, vinyl graphics, LED screen hire, VR demos, water features, rigged hanging banners, rigged lighting grids, bespoke kiosks and anything the brief can inspire us to build to set your company apart from the crowd.

Installation

We take pride in completing the installation with the client’s requirements in mind, often completing in advance to allow our client to prepare for the event in good time. Of course our clients are welcome to visit pre-installation at our site to visit the stand and finish any technical wiring, final installation of their products to enable a smooth installation knowing everything has been pre-tested before getting to the show.

The Event

We offer on site assistance to all our clients to help start each day of the exhibition or event smoothly, it may just require a simple clean of the stand, re-stocking the coffee bar and chillers or ensuring highly technical products or displays are fully functional before the client starts the day. We supply on site catering at most of our exhibitions and generally design into the exhibition stand a chiller in our bespoke store cupboards to keep the staff and customers refreshed.

Dismantle

Our team will be on site ready to dismantle the stand and to relieve the client. We carry out all the logistics including organising the forklifts of client’s products and we’ll assist in any way to make the process as stress free as possible. The team will pack away the exhibition stand ready for storage.

Storage

Double Elephant Design offers on site storage at our facility ready for the next event. We can also work with the client to deliver the exhibition products to their own site.

Interiors

Working with our client, our team can install the exhibition displays anywhere in the world and regularly erect parts of the stand into our client’s offices after the show.
